REFUND & EVENT POLICY

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
 
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
To start a return, contact us at support@plankownermarketing.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to: 6842 E Andrew Cir, Palmer, Alaska 99645, United States.
 
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Event registrations, virtual programs, and digital products — including PMM Jam and any future Plankowner Marketing events — are final sale and non-refundable. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EVENTS & VIRTUAL PROGRAMS
 
All event and virtual program registrations are final. No refunds are issued once a registration is completed, regardless of attendance.
 
Registration & Access
Completing a registration or purchase confirms your intent to participate and grants access to the event and its associated materials as described at the time of purchase. Access details will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
 
No-Refund Policy for Events
Event registrations are non-refundable, including but not limited to situations involving personal scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties on the participant's end, change of mind after purchase, or failure to attend or access the event.
 
Event Changes
Plankowner Marketing reserves the right to modify event dates, times, formats, speakers, mentors, or content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes. In the event of a full cancellation by Plankowner Marketing, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
 
Optional Contributions
Where an optional contribution to a cause partner is offered at checkout, that contribution is voluntary and non-refundable. Contributions are not tax-deductible unless otherwise stated. Plankowner Marketing is not a registered nonprofit organization.
 
Recordings & Resources
Where event recordings or post-event resources are offered, access will be provided to registered participants at Plankowner Marketing's discretion. Availability and duration of access may vary by event and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
 
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Plankowner Marketing reserves the right to remove any participant from an event, without refund, for disruptive or offensive behavior.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources produced by Plankowner Marketing are proprietary. Participants may not reproduce or distribute these materials without prior written consent. Work created by participants during an event remains their own intellectual property.
 
Limitation of Liability
Plankowner Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or registration in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States.
